[Ingredients – 3 portions]
500g Pork
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp Salt
Pepper
1/2 Onion
2 Green onions
1 Tbsp Garlic
1g Ginger
Oil
3 Slices of cheese
3 Eggs
Pizza cheese
Mashed Potato

*For sauce
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Dark soy sauce
4 Tbsp Ketchup
4 Tbsps Oligosaccharide(or sugar)
100ml Water
60g Butter
Black pepper

[Cooking method]
1. Finely chop the onion and green onion.
2. Put oil in a frying pan, add onion, green onion, garlic, and ginger and stir-fry until golden brown.
3. Marinate with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the pork.
4. Add stir-fried onions and green onions to the meat and mix.
5. Store in the refrigerator for at least half a day. When it comes out of the refrigerator, it sticks a little more.
6. Cut the meat into thirds.
7. Meat – pizza cheese – meat in that order and shape into a hamburger steak.
8. Prepare the steak by pressing it in the center.
9. Put oil in a pan and grill the hamburger steak. You can also brush a little soy sauce to the surface of the meat to add color.
10. Put cheese on the hamburger steak, cover and let the cheese melt.
11. Fry an egg and place it on top of the hamburger steak.
12. Add the sauce ingredients to the pan in which the steak was cooked and boil down the sauce.
13. After plating, enjoy!
