Enough to marinate 8 chicken breasts:

1 heaped tbspn turkish pepper paste
1 heaped tbspn garlic ginger paste
3-4 tbspn yoghurt
1 tsp pul biber (Turkish pepper flakes)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp tsp garlic powder
pinch sumac (optional)
1 tsp salt & pinch of black pepper
juice of a lemon
drizzle of oil

Marinate as long as possible (overnight is best, minimum 1 hour)

Preheat air fryer at 200°C, cook at 190°C for abt 15mins (depends on size of your chicken pieces), turn half way to brown both sides.

Serve with garlic mint sauce and enjoy!
