Easy Korean Beef Recipe #shorts
Ingredients:

+ 1 Lb. of steak
+ 4 tbsp. of soy sauce
+ 2 tbsp. of brown sugar(or honey)
+ 1 tbsp. of sesame oil
+ 3 cloves of minced garlic
+ 1 tbsp. of ginger(optional)
+ 1 tbsp. of hot sauce( I used sriracha sauce) or you can use gochujang Korean red pepper paste
+ sasame seeds (for toppings)
+ oil for saute

You can marinate the steak for atleast 10 minutes or longer if you’d like. Then cook the steak and add the remaining sauce from the marinated steak. Then, garnish the bulgoki with your favorite toppings. ( You can use green onions or sesame seeds.)
