  3. In India we add wheat flour sheets in place of pasta sheets and they are made similar way. It's a traditional Gujarati Dish and it's called Dal Dhokli.. happy to see this version from your side of the world.

  5. The. Most important is to remove the foam that why Haldia or tumeric is added so you can when you are stirring in the foam that's causing acidity dal dhokadi is made with wheat flour and spices are added to give flavor it's Gujarati mostly made for dinner 🙏🇨🇦
