INGREDIENTS
250g pasta
½ onion
1 garlic clove
½ red bell pepper
300g minced meat
1 tomato
20g butter
15g flour
250ml milk
50g cheese of your choice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
RECIPE
Pour water into the pot, add a little olive oil and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside. Chop the onion. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion. Grate a clove of garlic. Chop the red bell pepper, add to the pan and fry. Add the minced meat to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and fry. Cut the tomato into cubes and add to the pan. Add the oregano and paprika powder. Stir, cover and simmer over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the flour in it. Add the milk and stir until it thickens, then add the salt and pepper. Put the cooked pasta in a bowl, add the sauce and stir. Grease the casserole dish and fill with half of the pasta. Arrange the meat and vegetable filling on top. Top with the remaining pasta. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is browned.
