  2. Recipe in cups:
    – 6 tbsp heat treated flour (Flour in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring to break up "hot" spots)
    – 3 tbsp granulated sugar
    – 1/2 tsp baking powder
    – 1/4 cup warm water
    – 1/6 cup (or 2 and 2/3 tbsp) oil
    – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    Swirl:
    – 1/2 tbsp melted butter
    – 1 tbsp light brown sugar
    – 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
    Cinnamon Sugar:
    – 1 tsp granulated sugar
    – 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
    Microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds but (keep in mind) every microwave is different!

    6 Tbsp plain flour, heat treated
    3 Tbsp granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    60 ml warm water
    40 ml oil
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Swirl
    1/2 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp cinnamon

    Topping
    1 tsp sugar
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
