  1. The banana cream eclair recipe reminded me of a pie I created, and is it ever good!!!
    It's a Banana Cream Coconut Cream Pie!!! I L💗VE both of those pies, so I figured why not combine the two??? I used a store-bought graham cracker crust. I lined my crust with thick slices of banana. And since I don't care for the instant pudding, I used the Jell-O Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling. I mixed about a cup of coconut into the pudding and piled it on top of my bananas. Then I topped it with Reddi Whip immediately before serving. Being an artist, I (like you) always want my dessert to be as pretty as it is delicious!!! Then I sprinkled on a little more coconut and VOILA! Banana Coconut Cream Pie!!! If you love bananas and you love coconut, then you've GOT to try this!!!!!😋💗😋💗😋💗😋
