Easiest Simplest No Knead Bread recipe!

I N G R E D I E N T S:

300 ml warm water
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
400 g Bread Flour
1 tsp Salt

Mix warm water and yeast together. Add in it the flour and salt. Mix until combined. Leave it covered to rest for 2 to 3 hours.
Place onto a floured surface and make a ball. Place onto a parchment paper, then in a bowl to retain shape, and let it rest covered for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a dutch oven in 180 C oven.
After proofing for 40 minutes, place the bread with the parchment into the hot dutch oven. (careful!)
Sprinkle some flour on top and make a cut with a blade in the centre.
Cover with the lid and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes covered.
Then uncover and bake until golden brown.

Wait for it to cool slightly before cutting it to get neat slices.
