  1. Here's a tip : u shouldn't put salt on your meat when you re about to cook it in the grille because it tightens the meat and it won't be as soft, so put it after u done with the cooking

  2. Chicken spice? What’s that? Spice that tastes like chicken or spice made for chicken? I don’t think chicken spice is something that is available everywhere. And this is pork anyway. Why not use pork spice?
