Today, I am going to share with you another traditional classic Italian pasta dish veganized by me :)) Pasta & Peas is such a simple and easy to prepare meal, and yet highly nutritious because it has the right amount of carbohydrates (pasta) and proteins coming from peas. To make this pasta more appealing and flavorful, I added the saffron touch. I am going to prepare some cream with saffron which we will add to the pasta. And believe me, the result is amazing and delicious! So easy and so tasty! Give it a try!
