Easy Pork & Spinach Stir-Fry – 15 Minutes Only!

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork belly, thinly sliced
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1/2 tbsp of cooking oil

Sauce:
1 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2-3 tbsp of water
1 tsp of sesame oil

2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 pack of spinach, washed and roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
