How to make Easy Roast Beef

(3 people) Cook Time: 35 minutes
* Time for bringing meat to room temperature and letting it sit in a pot to cool is not included in cook time.

300g Bottom Round Roast (10.6 oz)
Salt and Coarsely Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp Dashi Stock Powder dissolved in 200ml Water (6.8 fl oz)
50ml Soy Sauce (1.69 fl oz)
40ml Mirin (1.35 fl oz)
4 Shiso Leaves
Broccoli Sprouts
1/4 Onion

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
