Easy Salmon Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients:
– 300 g salmon
– 4 tbsp. sesame / gingelly oil
– 1/2 tsp orange skin
– 1 pc green chili
– 1 pc spring onion
– 1 tsp white pepper
– 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
– 1/4 tsp sugar
– 3 tbsp. dark soya sauce
– 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
– 6 tbsp. light soya source
– Salt

Method:
– To make the Teriyaki sauce, first add in 3 tbsp. oyster sauce into a bowl
– Followed by 3 tbsp. dark soya sauce
– 6 tbsp. light soya sauce
– 4 tbsp. gingelly oil
– 1 tsp white pepper
– And 1/4 tsp sugar
– Mix it all together and Teriyaki sauce is ready
– Then, add in some oil into a pan
– Once hot, place the 300g salmon into it
– Followed by some salt to taste
– Flip the salmon pieces occasionally
– After 2-3 minutes of frying, add in 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste on top of the pieces
– Followed by 1 pc chopped green chili
– Spread it around well and flip the pieces once more, let it fry for a while
– Then add in the Teriyaki sauce that we prepared earlier
– Let the fish cook in low flame and absorb the sauce
– Once it’s cooked, top it up with 1 pc chopped spring onion
– And 1/2 tsp orange skin
– Salmon Teriyaki is ready!
