Easy Seafood Boil Recipe With Pineapple And Sprite
There are many ways to cook seafood boil around the world. This seafoods dinner recipe is more on the sweeter side because of the sprite and pineapple but also loaded with flavors with the incorporation of butter, lots of garlic, old bay seasonings and many more flavorful spices. I used mostly frozen seafoods because I don’t have fresh ones available in where I live. Use fresh seafoods if you have it’s still the best for this recipe.

shrimps (fresh or frozen will do -but fresh still the best ) It’s hard for me to find fresh seafoods here.
crabs (whole or half -fresh or frozen
fresh squids or calamari or frozen
Potatoes or sweet potatoes will do
Corn on the cob
mussels
sprite
pineapple juice
old bay seasoning
cayenne pepper powder
paprika powder
ground black pepper
lots of garlic
butter
onion
fish sauce
oyster sauce
Thai chili or chili sauce (optional)
salt to taste
