EASY SEAFOOD CHOWDER – VIDEO RECIPE



This budget seafood chowder was so good my friend ended up eating the whole batch in one night, and I have had rave reviews from restaurants that use this recipe!

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 celery stalks
bacon
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves
500grams/ 1 pound of sea food
1 cup cream
500 grams of potatoes
Salt and pepper

Serve and eat with some fresh crusty bread… yummy!

  2. That does look absolutely amazing. And I will be trying it. But I have to put my 2 cents in. the only thing I do different is crisp that bacon first then pull it out add the rest of my stuff so the bacon has little crunch at the end.

  4. Made it without bacon mussels n prawns since we don’t eat them. Made the recipe bigger x5 for family with some fried bread to go with. Used surimi n fresh fish and 2 packs of maggi seafood soup since I didn’t have the tinned fish juices. Tasted great! Thank you
