My father-in-law was from Holland and his wife was from Kentucky. I want to share my cooking with all who seek a healthier diet. I am vlogging my unsalted and low sodium dishes to help others like my father-in-law, who started having chronic kidney disease and blood pressure problems at the age of 90. His kidney doctor recommended a daily sodium intake between 1,300mg and 1,500mg. I am going to do my best to make every dish and video simple and easy to understand. It is my hope to help other people.

1 lb. rib eye steak ( 157 mg per 100 grams, TOTAL 453.59 grams per pound)
1 yellow onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pcs carrots, sliced sodium (per 100 grams 69mg, total 190mg)
1/2 lb broccoli, bite size cut ( 33 mg per 100 grams, total 99 mg)
black pepper
3 tbsp aminos sauce ( low sodium, I used bragg, 310 mg per tsp )
2 tbsp low sodium Worcestershire sauce ( 45 mg per tsp )

1 tbsp dark brown sugar,
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp sesame oil

sesame seeds for garnishing
