Easy Slow Cooker Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken and Potatoes Recipe
This slow cooker creamy chicken and potatoes meal is so good! The chicken and potatoes are slow cooked in flavorful creamy garlic butter sauce. delicious slow cooker chicken dinner, a must make!
INGREDIENTS
about 6 medium gold potatoes
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
salt and pepper to season potatoes to your taste
3 large chicken breasts
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to season chicken to your taste
3 Tbs unsalted butter
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs flour
1/2 cup whole milk mixed with 1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 chicken bouillon cubes
fresh parsley for garnish

This looks absolutely delicious, but all that cooking prep sort of makes it not slow cooker. You may as well just cook it all in that pan you're making the sauce in? But I guess it does require less attention in the slow cooker and that pre-cooking adds all the good flavor
