  2. I love this video. I'm 44 and I've been cooking for over 30 years, but I've always been intimidated by baking bread because of the yeast. This actually looks like something I can do. Plus, I love sourdough bread. Hope the two of you do more videos together. I can't wait to make this bread!

  3. Tammy, Love your videos but today you made my day- I just started my starter 4 days ago and your sisters starter seems to be easier than most of the weighing out recipes I’ve seen. Can’t wait until hopefully my starter will be ready in a couple weeks. Where does your sister find her sour dough recipes? I’m also wondering if she does any discard recipes?
Thank you for your hard work presenting home cooking.

  4. I actually use the same exact recipe with the exception of after the first rise, I put it in the refrigerator in the warmest part of the fridge, and let it rise for 17 hours longer. That will give it that tang taste that sourdough is famous for.

  5. ✍ Hi Tammy, Chris and Melissa…so good to see Melissa its been a while. Both of you girls are so pretty and love your hair. The bread looks delicious. Thanks for sharing but making us hungry 🍞 God Bless LuvYa! Bye from Ohio

  6. Hi Tammy & Melissa! Who doesn't love fresh, out of the oven homemade bread!!? The aroma of the baking bread is enough to bring the entire family to the dinner table! What a beautiful loaf of bread! The crust and crumb of the loaf looked just perfect! My crew would leave no leftovers, for sure! A neighbor works with sourdough and treated us to a HUGE platter of sourdough pancakes she made using some of the discard. Those pancakes were the lightest, fluffiest pancakes imaginable, Thanks for the recipe, the tips and another video, y'all! Am inspired to give this a try! 😊
