Hello Robyn, I received my four beeswax bags today and they look fantastic, great quality of material, great quality of workmanship. Well worth the price of admission. I put my half loaf of Irish bread I made yesterday. It was so good. I ate half the loaf and it won’t be long before I can get a job doing a commercial as Robyn on the farm doughboy. I recommend these bags to anyone that wants to keep their bread fresher longer .so what are you waiting for? Order your bags today while supplies last. 👍👍😁
Looks great! I’ve made 3 of your loaves now and they all have turned out perfect! Is this how you would include any inclusions to your breads? In this step?
This looks awesome! I am definitely going to try this. I was wondering if you could do the first part of the dough making using the bread machine’s dough cycle?
That looks good! I made the one with butter and the bottom got a little too dark so I’m going to put my cast iron pan underneath my Dutch oven. I guess I had too much butter near the bottom of my dough but it was still delicious. My favorite is jalapeno cheddar inclusion. We love spice but the butter is so good with homemade jam
Does that ever look delicious! 😋 what a beautiful loaf of bread. Did you put the cookie sheet under this bread because it was an enamel cast iron? Did you oil this Dutch oven? I’m asking because I sure ruined that loaf of Irish Soda bread! “A” for effort, “F” for results! I knew it was a disaster way before I put it in the oven tho. I messed up and then couldn’t correct it. Threw it out! Well I’m learning Robyn! Is the regular cast iron different in oiling the inside and the use of the cookie sheet, or is it the temp? Usually I’m cooking your recipes at 350• for 30 minutes, so this is different. Sorry for the questions but trying to understand. I’m so grateful for your patience! Happy Wednesday! 🍪🧈🥐🥰🇺🇸
Just have to try this one for sure. Thanks again.
You are sure keeping busy with all these sourdough recipes!! Just make your original recipe again today…divided it so we could have some for dinner and then the loaf I added cinnamon, raisins and brown sugar for our dessert…with a sweet glaze!!
