my favorite thing in the whole world of foods to eat are these yummy things!
i used to prep these as a teen for a restaurant that got $40 for 4 of them back in the '70's.
we used U12's and hand picked fresh stone crab claws, very little crumbs and lots of garlic.
they were the best, i still make them today when i can find good ones
