📝 INGREDIENTS & RECIPE (Key Highlights):

*For the best Paste:*
• Garlic cloves: 4-5
• Ginger: 3-4
• Dry red chili: 8-10
• Fresh coriander
► *Add water a little at a time while blending, until it forms a paste.*

*For the Tandoori Marinade:*
• Chicken drumsticks: 600 gram
• Add blended paste!
• Yogurt/dahi: 1 cup
• Red chili powder: 1 tsp
• Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
• Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
• Turmeric/haldi powder: 1/2 tsp
• Tandoori Masala: 1 tsp

*For the Frying Chicken:*
• Oil: 1 tbsp
► *Cook chicken on medium flame*

*Finalizing:*
• Oil: 3-4 tbsp
► *Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, then turn.*
► *Again cook other side for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, then turn.*
• Onion chopped: 1 large size
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
► *Now add yogurt spice mixture.!*
► *Add fried chicken pieces.!*
• Water: 1 cup
► *Cover it & cook it for 8-10 min on medium low flame!*
• Fresh cream: 2 tbsp
► *Now, place a piece of aluminum foil or a metal plate.!*
► *Next, take the burnt coil & set it on the foil or plate.*
► *Carefully place one drop of oil on top of it.*
► *Now cover it for 2 min on low flame!*
► *Fresh coriander(chopped).!*
