Pork bistek is a variation of the iconic “bistek” dish made from beef. As an alternative, this recipe used pork meat for those who does not like eating beef or if the cost if beef is very expensive and you want to stretch your budget.

Pork Bistek Ingredients:
1 kilo pork kasim or pork shoulder
2 pcs white onions
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1/4 cup kalamansi juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
cooking oil for frying
