Easy to make local chicken stew | kienyeji chicken recipe



Local chicken can disturb to prepare bse the meat is abit tough, but breaking it down before the final preps can be the deal maker, this is a simple way of making kienyeji chicken with ease,
Cook the chicken in water with salt and pepper and aromatics like onions, garlic and ginger until tender,
Fry in little oil to brown the sides and then remove it.
Add butter and fry onions and garlic until fragrant, add tomatoes and paste, season and cook down until mushy, return the chicken and spice to your linking.
Mix well and add the chopped veggies, stock and cook in low heat for about 8mins, garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy 😊.
