  3. Bravo levendi! THIS IS THE PERFECT RECIPIE. Tried it this year for the first time. I got 6 x 500gr tsourekia from the one batch. I am a little time poor so whipped up the dough in the evening and let it rise onight. Shaped and cooked the next morning. Bloody beautiful!!

  7. Hi Niko I made these today. Perfect easy recipe. Just one question. I did 2 batches. First one I copied yours to a tee but found it was very stiff.
    So the second batch I used less flour and same liquids and found it worked but I only managed to make 5 tsourekia.
    Do you have any tips what am I missing. Thank you so much kind regards Alice

    Or could you please give me the depth and length ?
    I have never made tsourekia before
    Also could you kindly guide me where to purchase that protein flour and spices ?
