Please try plant based pasta and a gluten free
For GF pasta you should try buckwheat next! I made it a while back, just mixed buckwheat flour, some ground flaxseed ( but don't make a flax egg), salt, and water! And then you roll it out, cut it up with a knife and let it dry for a few hours, then you cook it! It's honestly damn delicious!
I would like to see you make glutenfree pasta. The best glutenfree pasta or noodles i have had were soy and rice noodles. The factories grind up rice and make a slurry and steam it. Handmade noodles are made with a dough pressed through something like a potato press straight into boiling water. The Pasta Evangelist has a recipe for glutenfree pasta made exactly the same as normal pasta. Its just glutenfree flour, water, xanthum gum, olive oil, and salt. I would love to see you make glutenfree soy or rice pasta. 🤗
Try 00 flour from Italy it has gluten in it but it is lower than other flours.I am gluten intolerant & I had really bad reactions from gluten but I can eat anything I make with this.The credit goes to this guy on YouTube Pete B Gluten sensitivity? how I can eat bread again.check him out.I live in Australia & get it from my supermarket so hopefully you can get it where you live.Its worth a try.

I've been waiting for a wfpb pasta video and so so cool with tofu – thanks for sharing that . Some types of pasta can get too dry to pass through a machine. If it's one of those days I use a 'Spaghetti Chitarra' or a pasta guitar as it is called in my household. oke oke It takes a little manual labor but it is so satisfying with happy faces eating pasta after a little job done well

I'm going to try your recipe. 🙂 I have one with lupini flour, which I haven`t tried yet. Being Italian, I feel sad when seeing pasta on the side in a dish. For us pasta and rice are like queens: there is only them on the plate. Despite all, I`m sure it tasted very good! 😀
Maybe a chickpea flour spaetzle would be an easier option for a homemade gluten noodle?

I am also gluten free and I appreciate all the effort you go through to support your wife! I would ask for you to try another gluten free version but I am not optimistic about it. So instead I would recommend other gluten free recipes. You have many which I appreciate already. Thanks for all your hard work on your channel!!

Hi Jeremy I'm not gluten free but I'd still like to see you crack the code to homemade gluten free stuff. It is soooo expensive here in Ireland and the UK. Anything with a gluten free label has a premium price 😞. I'd also like to see a more wholesome pasta too. Thank Jeremy.
