If you’re always on the go, this easy green smoothie will save you both time and money. All you need is a few ingredients, a blender, and some love π
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
generous 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1 banana
handful of spinach
Directions
1. place everything in the blender and blend on high speed (placing softer ingredients in first may help it not clog depending on your blender)
2. That is it!

I am a smoothie person. This one is very simple and delicious. I always used water or coconut water and a bunch of other greens and fruits. I never tried replacement milk. I prepared this smoothie today for dinner using coconut milk and it was heaven. Delicious π and creamy. Easy and fast to prepare with few ingredients and still very nutritious. Thanks Wil! I just love your food. Iβm definitely ordering your book. I need more confidence!!!!!
