6 strawberries / 6 fraises
1 banana / 1 banane

1 apple / 1 pomme
3 tbs oats / 3 c.à.s d’avoine
1 tbs honey / 1 c.à.s de miel
1/2 tsp cinnamon / 1/2 c.à.c de cannelle

2 cups spinach / 2 tasses d’épinard
1 cup frozen pineapple mango mix / 1 tasse d’ananas et de mangue mixte
