Egg and Milk ONLY~ 2-Ingredient Egg Custard Recipe



Only 2 ingredients, without oven, you can make this amazing egg custard.

2 eggs
milk: 200g
Add honey or any syrup for the taste. For savoury custard, soy sauce and sesame oil is a good combination.
Heat up the milk in the microwave oven for a minute, which brings up the temperature of the mixture, and reduce the steaming time. As a result, no bubbles in the custard, it is smooth inside out.

  2. I Asked Google and it said … 200 g of milk is roughly .85 cups … well we know .75 is 3/4 Cup that last .1 I guestimated that's 1/16th C or 1 TLB! If you have a scale that weighs grams, zero that sucker out with a glass on it and fill it with 200 g. done deal. Love this recipe I only eat honey on rare occasion and no other sugars so this is perfect for a treat once a year like a birthday or holiday for me!
