Cinnamon Rolls are one of my favourite desserts. Something about cinnamon and desserts is magical. This rendition of cinnamon rolls is eggless and requires no oven. Learn how to make homemade cinnamon rolls from scratch now!
Ingredients:
All purpose flour 3.5 cups
1/4th tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm milk
1/4th cup melted butter
5 tbsp sugar
2.5 tsp instant yeast
Oil for spreading/spraying on bowl
for filling
2 tbsp room temperature or melted butter
1/2 cup castor sugar or brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon(powder)
icing:
sugar 1 cup(powdered)
vanilla extract 1 tsp
2-3 tbsp milk
Melted butter 2 tbsp(optional)
If you want a cream cheese filling:
110 grams cream cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
milk 2-3 tbsp
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
First preheat your idli cooker or any deep pan with salt for atleast 15 minutes on high flame then bake cinnemon rolls at medium flame for about 25 minutes .
If you’re baking in an oven:180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.
