Ingredients ~
Flour = 1&⅔ cup (200 gm)
Instant yeast = 1 tsp ***** (sorry for the editing mistake, I’ve used instant yeast) but if you’re going to use active dry yeast then use 2 tsp of active dry yeast
Sugar = 1&½ tbsp
Salt = ½ tsp
Vegetable Oil = 3 tbsp
For Garlic Sauce ~
Red chilli powder = ½ tsp
Minced garlic = 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise = 1 tbsp
Sugar = 1&½ tsp
* if the bread dough isn’t getting double in size after 1 hour then wait for more 1 or ½ hour… if the temperature of your area is cold or you’re using active dry yeast then it can take more than 1 hour to get double in size
HOW TO PREHEAT MICROWAVE ~
press the convection button for 8 times or until you notice 180 c on display… Then press the start button. microwave will start pre-heating. After few minutes you will hear beep sound… then directly open the door (Do Not press the stop button, if you press the stop button the oven temperature will comeback to normal temperature) , just directly open the door once you hear the beep sound. Immediately put the baking tray into the oven. close the door. Prees the ‘ 10 minutes ‘ button for two times then press the start button…. After 20 minutes the bread will be baked..
