Sorry, but I'm confused. Why the need to underline it's eggless? Are Are you from America? Where I live we don't put eggs in bread. Nor milk, nor sugar btw. Just water, salt, ofc flour and either sourdough starter or yeast (or both). Optionally some seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed, sesame, poppy, chia etc.) inside or on the top.
With eggs, milk and / or sugar we consider it to be cake.
