mixed nuts (150g) (you can use whatever you have or like).
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cinnamon
some sesame seeds.

  1. "without guilt" LOL. "No sugar", proceeds to add the most sugary dried fruit of all times. These are a hundred times more calorific than a regular recipe with added sugar. Adding a dried fruit won't make it sugar free. Sugar is sugar, whether it is in the form of granulated white sugar or fructose from fruits… I made a a dessert once with dates that claimed to be healthy, a small tray of it contained 1500 calories. I was eating it for a week in 1 inch cubes…. I swore not to be fooled again with this stuff.

    Основная мысль должна быть ясна: "Растительная пища богата белком".

  3. It says no sugar, but in fact there’s tons of sugar content in it, because of the dates-
    so it is a huge NO FOR PRE DIABETICS OR DIABETIC PEOPLE!!!
    They might make something similar with apples, but DEFINITELY NOT WITH DATES!!!
    Also would be a great idea to add the nutritional value/information!!!
    This seems to be a HUGE ENERGY BOMB, mostly practical for people, who are either working out like crazy, or living with extreme physical jobs, or have a very demanding job.
