A food processor can make an astonishing range of recipes faster, easier, and more approachable. In the test kitchen, our longtime favorite has been the Cuisinart Custom 14 14 Cup Food Processor, which has performed well for years, but with new competitors on the market, it was time to see if it was still the best choice.

I bought a cuisinart at Costco and love it ! this one came with the small bowl and small attachments to spiral etc. So far I'm loving it ! I made sausage today.
Thank you ! You video is fantastic and you covered some very important topics .
Did someone understand which one to buy
I'm not able to slice cabbage anymore by hand to make sauerkraut. Will this do the trick?
You linked a completely different food processor in the description?
After dealing with Cuisinart and KitchenAid for years I upgraded to a Robot Coupe 301U and later to a
Hobart FP41-1 food processor. They are commercial units and offer a lot more capacity and power than the home kitchen appliances. This short video shows them in my kitchen.

This video shows the Hobart in use.

Excellent👍
do you have a recommendation for one that’s just a mini bowl? or a smaller size suitable for apartment living?
uh Magimix 5200 xl ???? 1100 watts pro sumer level. not considered??? Really???
Food processor vs Blender ?
This woman is the best. Love her reviews!
Does it come with a grating attachment?
The updated Kitchen Aid 13 cup is the best with the most features. Included are a dicing kit that is designed to give you square small sized pieces.and more. It also has a storage caddie , that along with the blades, can be easily and neatly stored inside the bowl. I got rid of my Cuisinart after I got this one. Time for Lisa and her crew to retest!
nice video, but why not name the processors you are testing?
Great review as always. Some questions:
1. How does this compare to the the Cuisinart 13-cup Core Costum?
2. Did you make Tahini with this and how did it come out?
3. When you not ideal for small batches, how small is too small? 2-cups or more are ok ?
This review would have been so much better if you would have said how each processor did on each test. Some of us are more interested in one function than the others. Some processes could be deal breakers, and others we might not care about as much. You put in all the time to get the information, and then gave us a minimal amount of it. The way this was presented, the only information we have is that your opinion hasn't changed and that you also like the Breville.
Great, thorough, practical review and explanation. Thank you.
Great review young lady.
I have a question please. I need a food processor that will chop and turn chocolate pieces into a "dust" or small pieces of chocolate. Which processors would you recommend? Thanks so much
Cuisineart is a POS.
Seriously!? has no one here turned the captions on for this!? Turn the subtitles on and see!
There is a problem with the video itself, and not about the machine.
Strange word choices are being used by the closed captioning, almost immediately there are random words. I can chalk some of it up to speech to text conversion errors but I think translating into Vietnamese is it a little too far. I recommend starting at the 1:00 mark. This would be very confusing for someone who is deaf or hard of hearing to understand what is going on.
They didn't test the magimix I am very disapointed
Love your reviews but I’m wondering why you didn’t compare apples to apples as far as the machines go. I saw that you had a magimix in there but it wasn’t the equivalent to the cuisinart, granted it’s a lot more money but at least I’d know if it was worth it. I’m sure the other 9 cup processors might’ve had a 14 or close equivalent. Keeping price down for the appliances isn’t as important as making sure the playing field is level. I can’t decide between magimix and cuisinart and can’t find any direct comparisons. A little disappointed in your choice of processors to review. I trust your reviews so much.
I just read on Amazon the cuisinart leaks and they prefer Breville by far.
This video was awesome! Really appreciate it!
I wish they would of talked about each one individually and see how each did on each test… And I wish they rated all of the processors from worst to best
