There is a lot to like about this grill. For one this BBQ is multi functional. It offers a ton of functions as a stand alone grill, and then can be easily converted off the cart, and become a table top model, and even further it can become a fully portable grill as well. So you are saving a ton of money because the bbq essentially replaces the need for buying multiple grills. Instead you just buy the one and you are set!
I also love how much storage comes with this grill. What else is pretty cool is the grill is available in a variety of colors as well.
However the main functionality of this grill is its ability to become extremely hot. The problem with some gas grills is they never get hot enough to sear. I promise you that is not the case here. The unit comes with cast iron cooking grates and a seamless lid, and gets to temp super quick! So if you loving searing steaks, I would say this is the grill for you. Also its fairly affordable to other grills on the market. Making the overture a great choice!

Thanks for the review. I’ve read some reviews who said that the paint on the top got peeled off or flakes after a haft year because of the heat. Do you know if it’s a common problem.
So you will WARP the lid….. NEVER put heat on HIGH with the lid down for more than 5 mins Ali will WARP great review thou.
I just bought mine through Walmart, and realized how over rated it is, simply because no way in hell it's worth over any where near $400.00, I paid 575 in total, but they sell for over 600. The grill is cool but has not real surface area to put your meats before cooking, and with the knobs on top, there goes the other surface. The cart is plasticky and flimsy, not of good quality, the grill alone is good, but let me say this. You will get a much better deal by purchasing any Q grill from Weber, my last one was the Q3200, cannot go wrong ever.
How long can you keep the lid on when cooking?

I bought a Furnace, its a great concept but poorly executed. There are many issues, you can't have all burners on high with the hood down or it warps, the grill plates don't sit on the tabs securely, the slightest bump and they fall off, the heat isn't even across the grill, it has cold spots, don't buy the rotisserie it's made of cheap folder metal, mines already warped after a single use, it can't be used in the rain and since there isn't a dedicated rotisserie burner and Everdure recommend keeping the grates on food doesn't brown, it just spins around, the grease trap is pointless, the BBQ is flat, grease can't run into the trap, it just sits in the bottom of the BBQ and can ignite, the expensive cover isn't made from water resistant canvas, if it's raining the cover doesn't protect the BBQ, it still gets wet, I BBQ all year round, rain hail or snow, I don't think I will be with with this BBQ, it will be a summer only BBQ.
What would your recommend between this and a weber q?
Do the legs break down easily? I need a gas grill for my rv but it needs to break down easily for storage. Thanks

Saw another review where the lid would not close fully due to the high heat (warping maybe?), Did you have any of these issues? Looks like a great grill!

Does the preheat warp the lid at all?
You forgot to mention that the Everdure is constructed out of aluminium which helps with heat retention, dutch oven effect and of course longevity as it will not rust.
It definitely has that travel grill look…
