  1. I never seen food so utterly over seasoned – soak, inject, rub, soak, bacon grease, butter up, spray, apple juice … ALL on one poor piece of meat. There is no way the original flavour of the meat is left. I like the people in the doco but it seems to me that every over anxiety, every over performance stress, results in yet another seasoning. Is seasoning BBQ the new expression of Modern angst????
