  1. EDIT: By popular request, I've put all the recipes for these smoothies in the description! This is how I made mine. If you take out all the 'special' ingredients you could probably make them for MUCH cheaper… I bet they'd still taste amazing too… if not better!

What do you guys think about these smoothies? Would you ever buy one? Take the time to make one?

  2. As someone with a mast cell disorder that causes me to have soooo many severe allergies, i really appreciate you going through the effort to track down all the ingredients. Its wold to me that they dont have those listed anywhere. Let alone how many sugars are in them. That has to be a nightmare if you're diabetic or hypoglycemic and trying to balance your sugars.

  3. I love your videos!! On a side note. EREWHON is not paying anything close to what retail prices are for the ingredients. Its more like 1/3 of what grocery stores charge. So the $11 peach smoothie you made likely cost them around $4 to make.

  4. To add further insult to injury, their nutrition stats aren't even accurately portrayed. Many of these contain maple syrup, such as the Skin Glaze, which should be listed as an added sugar. They seem to be trying to sneak past that despite maple syrup being naturally derived and not nearly as processed as cane sugar, it is still considered an added sugar and should be labeled as such. I promise you, they're not all that.

  5. Is Erewhon committing an illegal act if they aren't posting the nutrition facts and purposefully making it difficult to get that information? I mean, how can a consumer make an informed decision if they cannot find any information detailing the ingredients and the amount of calories that are in it? Taking a look at their website and yes, as Rosanna said, there is no nutrition facts to be found anywhere regarding their smoothies and maybe the FDA should be notified of this.

  6. I LOVE that you made this video exposing the sugar and caloric count of these smoothies! The sugar count alone makes me hesistant to try an Erewhon smoothies, even though I’m so curious on how they taste. I’m going to make my own dupes at home as well with some alt ingredients 💕🥤Thank you Ro! 👑

  7. The calories and sugar are understandable. With smoothies, you tend to blend way more fruit than you would typically eat at once, and sometimes, even extras like maple syrup or honey. Adding coconut creams/milks is where you get the saturated fat from. Coconuts are basically straight saturated fat. I wouldn't drink any of those smoothies and definitely would not pay 20 dollars + for one.

  8. My theory is that Erewhon promotes these secretly high calorie smoothies and advertises them as “healthy” to make people gain weight. This then makes their customers think they need to continue to eat healthier and spend even more money on their produce and natural weight loss supplements I’m sure they also sell in store.

  9. Here’s my opinion on Erewhon. Let’s start by making it clear that Erewhon, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and every other influencer out there are not forcing or demanding for us to shop there. If some of us don’t wanna spend that much money on a smoothie that’s perfectly fine…..either go to McDonald’s, any health food store, or make your own. Yes a smoothie for like $18 is a lot of money, but we’re not being forced to buy them. If you wanna spend the money just once to see what they taste like, that’s fine too. I’ve seen some people try the Hailey Bieber one who don’t even like Hailey, but they actually really enjoyed it. I’ve also seen some people make TikToks about Erewhon acting like $18 for a smoothie is the most expensive thing ever. Yes there’s definitely a lot of added sugars and extra ingredients in them that don’t need to be in them, but let’s be real here….almost every “health food and drink” store in America isn’t 100% healthy, matter fact none of those foods in this country aren’t truly healthy.
