I made it yesterday with breast of chicken it was amazing im making today with chicken tenders and home made ranch and honey mustard we have a deep fryer and fry them at 375 best I've ever had thank you so much for this recipe

Just made these for my wife and they were so crispy and crunchy. The breading did not peal away from the chicken. I didn’t have time to marinate and it still tasted fantastic. Can’t wait to experiment with this 👌🏼
What does marinade them in buttermilk does to them?

Just made this recipe and it turned out great! Very juicy chicken with the overnight marinate. WARNING:make sure your oil is between 350-370. I tossed my chicken in the oil and it burned within seconds. Grease was over 500 degrees. Good thing I had a big batch left to correct the temp. Also this is good with just the marinade and flour. Still very crispy
we use deep fryers not pressure fryers
