It’s fall now, so channel your inner white girl with the pumpkin spice french toast! Fusing 2 Japanese milk bread together, it’s extra fluffy!
[Ingredients]
2 slices Japanese ingredients
2 eggs
70ml milk
30ml cream
1 to 2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 to 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Assorted butter
1. Cut up crust from bread, make sure they’re even.
2. Mix the above in a bowl.
3. Pour onto the bread, make sure to pour in between the slices so they stick! All sides must be covered!
4. Heat & coat pan with butter (low-medium heat)
5. Cook one side, once you can see browning on the edges, flip it over & do the same.
6. Cook all the edges as well!
7. Serve with desired toppings (butter & maple syrup used in video).
