Ingredients:
2 pounds GROUND BEEF
4 sprigs of OREGANO or rosemary
4 tablespoons DIJON MUSTARD
4 tablespoons CRANBERRY DIJON MUSTARD OR PLUM SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
1 cup oats GF
2 eggs (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl; divide into 4 parts then make 3 patties out of each fourth.
2. Cook, refrigerate, or freeze.
TIP 1: If you have small children, make them smaller, approximately 5 from each fourth of the mix.
