Fall-Off-the-Bone Baby Back Ribs Gluten-Free Goodness.

Ribs Dry Rub
– 8 parts of brown sugar
– 1 part of salt (Kosher salt is preferred)
– 1 part of Chili Powder or Spanish Paprika
– 1 part combined together: black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, celery salt, onion powder

Cooking Directions
– Clean ribs and remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs
– Coat the meat side with dry ribs and refrigerate overnight
– Bake in the preheated oven at 225 degrees F for about 4 to 5 hours
– Remove ribs and place on baking pan to cool off
– Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs
– Place under the broiler to caramelize the BBQ sauce
– Let the ribs cool off before serving
