I lived in china for so long as I know chicken and egg fried rice is two different recipes( chicken call ji rou chaofan and egg one call jidan chaofan) and vege are cut in small cube shape and no garlic no ginger paste and soy sauce goes on rice not on vegetables. This is something totally different !!!!!!!!
