  1. Yeah, the big pot certainly enough to feed 4 to 6 paxs. Even not eating it, i can see the broth is full of taste. I had tried the Korean Bulogi and my hubby loves it. Will try this too. A very Merry Christmas to you Flo, Dud and your family too. May you have a Blessed Year ahead too. The cats are hungry too. lol

  2. Merry Christmas, love you guys❣️Thank you so much for this one. I am a soup lover and we have a a PHO restaurant about three blocks away. I want to make my own. If I can't get the beef shin, can you give me another suggestion. I have all the other ingredients. Thank you and Happy New Year also.

  3. Thanks. Had been meaning to try Pho but all the recipes looked too complicated. Time to invest in a pressure cooker methinks. Is it possible to make this without a pressure cooker? If so, how long should the bones be cooked for to compensate?

  4. Merry Christmas Flo and Dude! I've never thought about using the saute function to char the onion and ginger. Ever since moving, I don't have access to a gas burner. I just end up using a cast iron skillet on the stove.

Lots of great ideas to make pho bo easier and a less of a pain to make!

You should consider giving chicken pho a try. It's a great way to use up the rest of a Costco rotisserie chicken!
