Omg! Thank you for this. I lived in Pittsburgh for college and was addicted to this. Moved back home to the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania and I cannot get honey, walnut chicken or shrimp at any of the Chinese restaurants. It doesn’t help they’re all owned by the same person. And though Mei is a sweetheart…she doesn’t have this or shrimp toast on any of her menus.
