  1. I have been watching this channel mostly b/c of the happiness it gifts it's viewers with, only to finally realize WHO this is. No wonder she makes us feel so good about cooking, baking, sharing ideas…it's Jenny Jones!! Used to love her TV show, now we get to enjoy her on YouTube. Very cool & fun posts, but more important…recipes that work!

  2. Jenny, I love watching your videos…..but trying to bake this bread has been another story for me. Not to be a wet noodle, but the last few times of making the dough and forming a boule has been a nightmare. Dough sticking all over my floured counter and sticking to my scraper or anything that touches it, so I have to keep adding flour. And if that isn't bad enough, I can't even form it into a boule. It just spreads out flat and looks sloppy and won't cooperate. The dutch oven I used before got ruined, so my husband had just bought a Le Creuset bread oven, and I don't know if this recipe will work for it without slopping out the sides. I follow the recipe exactly, too. Any suggestions?

  3. I make this bread all the time! Thank you Jenny🍞! I chop up very fine 2 black olives and 2 cloves garlic add to dough. Makes a GREAT Italian loaf. I put a smidge of oil olive oil in the dough too. At first I used boiling water and realized I was killing the yeast and so the dough would not rise. Now I put water in the microwave for a minute and 20 seconds that seems to be the perfect temperature.
THANKS AGAIN JENNY! PS Hope everyone catches the same recipe to make rolls!
