I suggest you should go visit the restaurants there who has 2 michelin star restaurant . Then explain to your fans how this dish or resto awarded as michelin star . Go out your kitchen and dine in different places.

In my restaurant I used to make a Greek version, very similuar to this but added Kalamata olives and orange zest.

Love the chef and his enthusiasm and am a long time viewer, but why in the world would you put the scallops in ahead of the shrimp. By your own admission, the shrimp take much longer to cook. The scallops take no time at all. Just. curious.
I missed this one Chef. I will make it for New Year's Eve! I remember as a kid my dad who is 100% off the boat, Italian did seafood every Christmas Eve. We also had fish every Friday of the year and pasta every Wednesday. My mom was half German and Irish so the rest of the week was anything goes! Thanks for making cooking fun Chef! I love to cook it is a passion!
