I love this mango fertility smoothie recipe. As I said in the video, I’d have about half of it and pair it with something like cheese, salted nuts (I really need something savory with something sweet in the morning to feel satisfied), bacon, or whatever protein I had for dinner the night before.
Ingredients (for 2 servings, use 1/2 for a single serving)
1 1/2 cup of water
1 cup of frozen mangos
1 cup frozen butternut squash
2 chopped carrots
1/2 avocado
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Enjoy!
