Its not better than the original, but looks nice. You really don’t need the whipping and the cream, this is pretty much the exact texture and creaminess that the feta would of had after baking.
Very nice and quick, gorgeous! I also like the viral recipe where you bake the Feta on a bed of halved cherry tomatoes with basil and garlic, all drizzled with EVOO. The roasting adds greater complexity.
Dear talented friend, I have done the same with oregano instead of basil. Very tasty, indeed! I regret that you took away all your shorts descriptions that ALWAYS existed before you start running for your book. But you know, I did not need any book. I only needed your shorts like they used to be before. I am a good pasta cook, too. Your shorts had been simple, very explicit, creative, successful , funny!! 👍❤️😏😏
