Good substitute for Sour Cream for me would be Crema (it's mostly in Spanish so just look for that word located in the dairy section) Table Cream is another one nestle makes it (I use this for mac n cheese and banana puddin'). But we keep sour cream on deck so thank you very much. Long Time Subscriber from Chicago !!!

  6. I'm going to try this, but with the addition of mussels as well.

    Just a suggestion that I picked up on another site. Use a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda on your shrimp when you're putting your seasoning on. It keeps them plump and from curling up. It doesn't add anything as far as taste goes.
