Looks good but, you asked about the sour cream. When I make any seafood dish but, mainly Crawfish pasta, I use cream cheese. Works wonder's.

Good substitute for Sour Cream for me would be Crema (it's mostly in Spanish so just look for that word located in the dairy section) Table Cream is another one nestle makes it (I use this for mac n cheese and banana puddin'). But we keep sour cream on deck so thank you very much. Long Time Subscriber from Chicago !!!
A great substitute for sour cream is Greek yogurt! Americans say cook out, Canadians say come over for a BBQ, same thing! Lol. Love your channel

Just a suggestion that I picked up on another site. Use a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda on your shrimp when you're putting your seasoning on. It keeps them plump and from curling up. It doesn't add anything as far as taste goes.
