Ingredients:-

1 kg chicken drumsticks or curry cut chicken
½ tsp of each salt, chili and turmeric
2 inch ginger
7-8 green chilli
5 cloves of garlic
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1½ tsp chat masala
1 tsp crushed chilli
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 pinch red orange food colour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp curd
2 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp rice flour ( optional, i haven’t added )
2 tbsp lemon juice
oil for frying
