INGREDIENTS
7 oz pkg (198 g) vermicelli pasta
1 lb (454 g) ground beef
1/3 of a small onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
2 Roma tomatoes
1 Tbsp beef bouillon powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 to 6 cups water

Ok so I made this today and omg the flavor🙌🏾 it’s the simplicity of it and the flavor. You can feed a lot of people on a budget with this and it’s very filling as well. Perfect for such a time as this.

Mama and Abuelita didn’t add potatoes but count me in! Also, the added a can of Rotel vs water but I welcome options.
I will note that my favorite fideo was always when Mama was boiling lengua and used that water instead of her usual can of Rotel. That was always the best!
